James Dyches is a second-generation Texas attorney serving clients in the greater San Antonio area. Since 2021, James has focused on helping individuals and families protect their assets and plan for the future through estate planning, probate administration, trust creation, and business formation.

James founded the Law Office of James M. Dyches, PLLC with a simple philosophy: quality legal service should be accessible and affordable. By operating as a solo practitioner without the overhead of a traditional firm, James keeps costs reasonable while ensuring clients work directly with an attorney from the first consultation through completion—no paralegals screening calls, no associate handoffs, just straightforward legal guidance.

Before attending St. Mary's University School of Law, James gained valuable contract experience working in Contracts Management at Oracle America, where he drafted licensing agreements and sales contracts for multi-million dollar enterprise transactions. This background brings a practical, business-minded approach to his legal practice.

Outside the office, James enjoys tennis, tabletop strategy games, and collecting fossils and minerals.
